The ACTION TARGET INC B-21E Qualification Target Paper 23″ x 35″ Silhouette Blue 100 Per Box Made a Bold First Impression
As an experienced outdoor and tactical gear specialist, I’ve seen countless targets, from the rudimentary cardboard affairs stapled to trees to high-tech, self-healing wonders. But there’s a certain satisfaction in the simplicity and reliability of a classic qualification target. Enter the ACTION TARGET INC B-21E Qualification Target Paper 23″ x 35″ Silhouette Blue 100 Per Box. The ACTION TARGET name carries weight, a reputation forged in providing quality solutions for law enforcement and military training, and I was eager to see if this simple paper target lived up to it.
For years, I’d been struggling with inconsistent target quality at my local range. Faded lines, flimsy paper that tore easily, and inaccurate dimensions were constant frustrations during practice sessions. I needed a reliable, consistent target for serious training and qualification drills, one that wouldn’t fall apart after a few rounds. Upon unboxing the ACTION TARGET INC B-21E Qualification Target Paper 23″ x 35″ Silhouette Blue 100 Per Box, the immediate impression was positive. The paper stock felt substantial, the silhouette was sharply defined, and the blue ink was vibrant and consistent across the entire batch.
Compared to cheaper targets I’ve used, like the generic “Shoot N See” variety and some locally printed options, the B-21E felt decidedly more professional. While “Shoot N See” offers immediate visual feedback, the paper is often thin and prone to tearing. The local prints were inconsistent in size and color. This offering from ACTION TARGET seemed to offer a superior balance of quality and functionality. I was cautiously optimistic; years of experience have taught me that first impressions can be deceiving, but the initial feel was definitely encouraging.

Even in the varying light conditions, the blue silhouette was easily visible against the natural background. The B-21E target performed flawlessly during the qualification course. The consistent size and clearly defined scoring zones made shot placement assessment straightforward, even for shooters under pressure. There were no unexpected issues, just solid, reliable performance.
