Victory VAP/VAP TKO/VAP-SS Press Fit Nock 1501213 Review

First Impressions of Victory VAP/VAP TKO/VAP-SS Press Fit Nock 1501213

The Victory VAP/VAP TKO/VAP-SS Press Fit Nock 1501213 from Victory Archery promises a secure and consistent fit for .166″ inside diameter arrows, a critical factor for accuracy and safety in archery. As someone who’s spent years fine-tuning my arrow setups for both hunting and target shooting, I’m always on the lookout for reliable components.

I’ve been struggling with inconsistent nock fit on my micro-diameter arrows. This leads to variations in arrow flight and lost confidence in my equipment. The Victory name carries a reputation for quality, so I was eager to see if these nocks lived up to the hype.

Upon receiving the 12-pack, the first thing I noticed was the clean molding and consistent color of the blue nocks. They feel solid and well-made, lacking any noticeable flash or imperfections. The press-fit design appears precise, suggesting a tight and reliable connection with the arrow shaft.

I’ve used Easton G-Nocks and some generic aftermarket nocks in the past. The Easton nocks are generally reliable, but can be pricey. The generic nocks often suffer from inconsistent tolerances. The Victory nocks seem to strike a balance between quality and affordability.

My initial impression is one of cautious optimism. I’m excited to test these nocks and see if they solve my consistency issues. If they perform as expected, the Victory VAP/VAP TKO/VAP-SS Press Fit Nock 1501213 could become my go-to nock for micro-diameter arrow builds.
