First Impressions of TRU Ball eXecution Release 1202360
The TRU Ball eXecution Release 1202360 is a hybrid trigger release designed for archers seeking a versatile and highly adjustable tool. TRU Ball promises an all-in-one solution with this release, boasting three distinct attachment locations for personalized comfort, an ultra-crisp trigger customizable from ultralight to heavy, and a hardened stainless-steel hook that opens away from the face. This release aims to provide superior accuracy and clearance.
My archery journey started with finger shooting, but I quickly realized the benefits of a release aid for consistency and reduced string torque. I was particularly drawn to the TRU Ball eXecution Release 1202360 because of its advertised adjustability and its potential to fine-tune my release for optimal accuracy.
Upon unboxing, the release felt solid and well-constructed. The black finish is clean and professional, and the release’s weight gives it a reassuringly substantial feel. The large size fits my hand perfectly, and the placement of the trigger feels intuitive.
I previously used a basic wrist-strap release and a thumb-activated release, but neither quite hit the mark. The wrist strap felt cumbersome, and the thumb release was inconsistent in my hands. I chose the TRU Ball eXecution Release 1202360 hoping its hybrid design would offer the best of both worlds: adjustability and a clean, crisp release. My first impression is definitely positive; I’m eager to see how it performs on the range.
