Trophy Ridge HITMAN SIDEMOUNT BRACKET Review

Let’s Talk About Trophy Ridge HITMAN SIDEMOUNT BRACKET

The Trophy Ridge HITMAN SIDEMOUNT BRACKET promises to revolutionize stabilizer attachment for archers. Manufactured by Trophy Ridge, this bracket boasts quick disconnect, easy adjustability, and enhanced stabilizer positioning. For someone like me, who spends countless hours dialing in my bow for optimal balance and accuracy, the promise of a streamlined stabilizer system is incredibly appealing.

My quiver rattled loose during a stalk last season, spooking a mature buck, and since then, I’ve been looking for ways to minimize any potential noise or snag points on my setup. The main thing I wanted was a more stable bow, but I also wanted the ability to quickly remove my stabilizers for easier transport and storage; that’s the problem I was hoping the Trophy Ridge HITMAN SIDEMOUNT BRACKET would solve.

Upon unboxing, my first impression was of solid, no-nonsense construction. The bracket feels robust, and the Black finish is clean and professional. It’s heavier than I initially anticipated, which suggests durable materials, although that could also be a drawback in terms of overall bow weight.

I considered a few other options, including similar brackets from Bee Stinger and Dead Center Archery, but I opted for the Trophy Ridge HITMAN SIDEMOUNT BRACKET because of its reputation for ease of adjustment and quick disconnect feature. Also, the price point felt right for the value it promised to deliver.

I felt a mix of excitement and cautious optimism upon first inspection. I was excited about the potential time-saving benefits and improved bow balance, but skeptical about whether the quick disconnect mechanism would truly hold up under the stress of repeated use in the field. Only real-world testing would tell.

I was able to make precise horizontal and vertical adjustments to my side stabilizer with ease, compensating for the wind and achieving a much more stable shooting platform.

It only took me a few minutes to get used to the adjustment mechanism, and I appreciated how securely it locked into place once tightened. My initial surprise was how much difference the Trophy Ridge HITMAN SIDEMOUNT BRACKET made in reducing bow torque.
