First Use Experience

I initially tested the Pantheon Arms SC Handguard Kit at my local shooting range, focusing on its fit and feel during rapid barrel swaps using the Dolos system. The weather was dry, but the range was dusty, providing a decent first test.

Even with dusty conditions, the Pantheon Arms SC Handguard Kit performed flawlessly. The Dolos system engaged and disengaged smoothly, and the handguard itself felt solid and secure. No dust or debris hindered its function.

The installation process was simple and straightforward, but it did take a few minutes to get comfortable with the Dolos locking mechanism. After a few practice runs, I was able to swap barrels in under a minute.

I was surprised at how secure the handguard felt once locked into place. There was absolutely no wobble or movement, even after repeated firing.

Extended Use & Reliability

After several months of regular use, the Pantheon Arms SC Handguard Kit has proven to be incredibly durable and reliable. I’ve used it in various conditions, from sunny days at the range to damp, foggy mornings during hunting trips, and it has performed flawlessly every time.

There are no noticeable signs of wear and tear on the handguard itself. The black oxide/anodized finish has held up well against scratches and abrasions, even after being bumped around in my rifle case.

Cleaning is a breeze. A quick wipe down with a CLP-soaked rag is all it takes to remove any dirt, dust, or carbon buildup.

Compared to previous handguards I’ve used, the Pantheon Arms SC Handguard Kit is far superior in terms of its ease of use and compatibility with the Dolos system. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of durability and reliability.
