First Thoughts on the Muddy VS360 Camo 32″ x 77″ x 70″
The Muddy VS360 Camo 32″ x 77″ x 70″ ground blind promises quick setup, ample viewing, and effective concealment for hunters. Muddy aims to provide a reliable and affordable option for those seeking a portable and versatile hunting blind.
As a seasoned hunter and outdoor enthusiast, I’ve spent countless hours shivering in tree stands and battling the elements in makeshift ground blinds. My primary need was a lightweight, easily deployable blind offering 360-degree visibility without compromising concealment – crucial for adaptable hunting scenarios. This led me to the Muddy VS360 Camo 32″ x 77″ x 70″.
Unboxing the VS360, I was immediately struck by the compactness of the packed unit. The camouflage pattern looked effective, and the included carry bag seemed robust enough. Initial impressions suggested a well-thought-out design, but the proof would be in the field.
Compared to a traditional box blind, the Muddy VS360 Camo 32″ x 77″ x 70″ offers significantly increased portability. Against pricier, higher-end blinds with advanced features like silent window operation, the VS360 appeared to be a more budget-friendly option, focusing on core functionality. I chose the Muddy VS360 Camo 32″ x 77″ x 70″ primarily for its rapid setup and 360-degree viewing, prioritizing adaptability and ease of use over specialized features.
My first impression was cautiously optimistic. The lightweight design and rapid setup claim piqued my interest, but the true test would be its performance in real hunting scenarios. Would it hold up against wind and rain? Could it truly offer effective concealment with 360-degree viewing? These were the questions I aimed to answer.
Real-World Testing: Putting Muddy VS360 Camo 32″ x 77″ x 70″ to the Test
First Use Experience
I first tested the Muddy VS360 Camo 32″ x 77″ x 70″ on a late-season deer hunt in a wooded area with moderate underbrush. Setup was indeed remarkably fast, taking less than a minute. The sliding shoot-through mesh windows offered a wide field of view, allowing me to monitor deer movement in all directions.
The weather was chilly and damp, with a light drizzle. The VS360’s water-resistant fabric held up reasonably well, keeping me dry for the duration of the hunt. The easy access door proved convenient for quick entry and exit, and the gear pockets were handy for storing essential items. However, I noticed some drafts creeping in around the window openings.
Extended Use & Reliability
After several weeks of use across various hunting trips, the Muddy VS360 Camo 32″ x 77″ x 70″ has proven to be a dependable, albeit not perfect, blind. The fabric has held up well to moderate wind and rain, showing no significant signs of wear and tear.
However, I’ve noticed that the stakes can bend easily if driven into rocky ground. Regular cleaning with a damp cloth has kept the interior relatively free of mud and debris. While it doesn’t outperform premium blinds in terms of weather resistance and silent operation, the VS360 provides excellent value for its price point, consistently delivering reliable concealment and a wide field of view.
Breaking Down the Features of Muddy VS360 Camo 32″ x 77″ x 70″

The Muddy VS360 Camo 32″ x 77″ x 70″ features dimensions of 32″ x 77″ x 70″, offering a decent amount of interior space for one or two hunters. This size strikes a balance between portability and comfort within the blind.
The blind utilizes a black-backed, water-resistant fabric. The black backing helps to minimize shadows and movement visible from the outside, enhancing concealment.
It has sliding shoot-through mesh windows. These windows allow for 360-degree viewing and shooting possibilities.
The package includes an easy access door with a full-length zipper. This design allows for quiet and convenient entry and exit.
