As an outdoor and tactical gear specialist with a decade of experience, I’ve seen firsthand the havoc that environmental contaminants can wreak on sensitive equipment. Compared to universal dust caps or makeshift solutions like taping off the connections, the JR Products plug offered a dedicated, professional-looking fit. I considered using small zip-ties for added security, but the snug fit of the plug seemed sufficient on its own.
