The Icarus Precision ACE 365 X Macro Pistol Grip w/ Manual Safety isn’t just another grip module; it’s a complete reimagining of the SIG P365 XMacro’s ergonomics and performance. Icarus Precision has taken the popular P365 platform and elevated it with features designed to enhance accuracy, control, and overall shooting experience, all while maintaining the pistol’s concealability. From its re-engineered grip geometry to its aggressive texturing and flared mag well, this module promises a significant upgrade for P365 XMacro owners seeking a competitive edge.
I’ve always been on the hunt for ways to improve my grip and control on my everyday carry pistol. The stock P365 XMacro grip was good, but I felt I could get more consistent accuracy with a more hand-filling, ergonomic design, especially with the addition of a manual safety.
Upon unboxing, I was immediately struck by the Icarus Precision module’s robust feel and aggressive aesthetics. The 7075 aluminum felt incredibly solid in hand, and the diamond texturing promised excellent purchase. The build quality was impeccable, with clean lines and a flawless matte black finish.
I considered other aftermarket grip modules like the Mischief Machine Omega. I ultimately chose the Icarus Precision ACE 365 X Macro Pistol Grip w/ Manual Safety because of its integrated manual safety and unique backstrap swell designed to fill the hand.
My first impression was excitement tempered with a bit of skepticism about whether the changes would truly translate to improved performance on the range. I was eager to test if it lived up to the hype.
