The SureFire X400T For Handgun 500 Lumens/ isn’t just a weapon light; it’s a statement. This compact powerhouse, manufactured by SureFire, boasts a potent 500-lumen white light, a high-visibility red laser, and rugged construction built to withstand the harshest conditions.
As a tactical gear specialist, I’m constantly on the lookout for tools that enhance performance and reliability in critical situations. The need for a dependable weapon light/laser combo led me to explore the SureFire X400T For Handgun 500 Lumens/.
My first impression upon unboxing was that this is a serious piece of kit. The black anodized aluminum housing felt incredibly solid, the switches were crisp and positive, and the overall design exuded quality. Compared to some polymer-bodied weapon lights I’ve used, the X400T felt like a tank. I’ve worked with Streamlight TLR series lights and Viridian lasers in the past; while they offer decent performance, I was looking for something with a higher level of durability and a more precise laser aiming solution, which the SureFire X400T promised to deliver.
The initial price tag of $629.00 did give me pause.
