The TEKMAT ULTRA PSTL MAT SIG P365 Made a Bold First Impression
As a tactical gear specialist with over a decade of experience, I’ve seen my fair share of cleaning and maintenance mats. Many are flimsy, offer minimal protection, or are simply too generic. That’s why the TEKMAT ULTRA PSTL MAT SIG P365 immediately caught my eye.
I was looking for a dedicated cleaning mat specifically for my Sig Sauer P365. I wanted something that would protect both the firearm and my workbench from scratches and spills. The promise of a custom-fit mat with the P365 schematics printed on it was extremely appealing.
Upon unboxing, I was impressed by the TEKMAT ULTRA PSTL MAT SIG P365’s substantial feel. The 1/4″ thickness gives it a premium quality, providing a solid barrier. The thermoplastic surface felt smooth and durable, definitely a step up from the cheap rubber mats I’ve used in the past.
Compared to generic cleaning mats, which often slide around and offer minimal protection, the TEKMAT felt much more secure and reliable. I’d also considered a larger, multi-gun cleaning mat, but the focused design for the P365 felt more appropriate for my needs. I chose the TEKMAT ULTRA PSTL MAT SIG P365 for its customized fit, quality construction, and the promise of superior protection.
My first impression was one of pleasant surprise. The quality exceeded my expectations. I was excited to put it to use and see how it held up during my next cleaning session.
