For years, I’ve been customizing my firearms to suit various needs, always seeking that perfect balance of functionality and comfort. Recently, I found myself needing to adapt my Tristar Viper 12GA for home defense scenarios, wanting a shorter overall length for maneuverability and a more secure grip. I was looking specifically for a stock that would shorten the weapon for storage and tighter spaces, while still providing a solid cheek weld when deployed.
Upon unboxing, the Folding Tactical Buttstock immediately impressed me with its rugged appearance and solid feel. The high-strength polymer construction felt substantial, inspiring confidence that it could withstand serious use.
