The Ghost Inc Glock +6 Rounds Pistol Magazine Extension is designed to increase the capacity of your Glock magazines, offering a significant advantage in situations where every round counts. Ghost Inc aims to provide a reliable and durable product, enhancing the firepower and overall utility of your Glock pistol.
What brought me to this product was a need for increased magazine capacity without sacrificing reliability or drastically altering the ergonomics of my Glock 19. I wanted something that felt like an extension of the original magazine, not a bulky add-on.
Unboxing the Ghost Inc Glock +6 Rounds Pistol Magazine Extension revealed a simple, yet robust polymer construction. The extension felt solid and the included stainless steel spring instilled confidence. My initial thoughts were positive, focusing on the potential for increased capacity without compromising the balance of my firearm.
I considered extensions from Magpul and Strike Industries. I picked this one because of Ghost Inc’s reputation for reliability and the more streamlined design. The Ghost Inc extension appeared less likely to snag on clothing or gear.
My first impression was cautiously optimistic. The extension looked and felt well-made, but the real test would be how it performed at the range. I was eager to see if it lived up to its promise of increased capacity and reliable feeding.

Installation was straightforward. The extension clicked into place easily. It felt secure once attached to the magazine.
After the first use, I was pleasantly surprised. There were no feeding issues, no noticeable changes in the grip, and no problems with the added weight.
Extended Use & Reliability

The extension has shown only minor signs of wear, mainly cosmetic scuff marks from being dropped on the range floor and from use in my magazine pouches. The finish is holding up well.
Maintenance is easy; I simply wipe it down with a cloth and occasionally use a nylon brush to remove any accumulated dirt. The extension disassembles easily for deeper cleaning if needed.
Compared to a previous off-brand magazine extension I tried, the Ghost Inc product has vastly outperformed it in terms of reliability and durability. It’s a night and day difference.
