The Sierra International 237740 Replacement Fuel Filter For Kohler 252898 isn’t exactly the kind of gear that gets the blood pumping like a new hunting rifle or a high-tech GPS watch. Sierra International promises a marine-grade replacement for the Kohler 252898, and that immediately caught my attention.
My introduction to the world of generator fuel filters wasn’t exactly glamorous. It involved a sputtering generator, a boatload of frustrated anglers, and a whole lot of wasted fishing time. Compared to a cheaper, no-name fuel filter, the Sierra International filter immediately inspires more confidence. The difference is also apparent when compared to a high-performance, reusable filter.
