Let’s Talk About Safariland Model 7384-sp6 7ts Als Ufa Universal Flex Adapter W/ Paddle & Single Strap Leg Shroud Tactical Holster
As a tactical gear specialist with over a decade in the field, I’ve seen countless holsters come and go. However, the Safariland Model 7384-sp6 7ts Als Ufa Universal Flex Adapter W/ Paddle & Single Strap Leg Shroud Tactical Holster is one that truly aims to blend speed, security, and adaptability. This holster promises a rapid draw with its Automatic Locking System (ALS), combined with the flexibility of the Universal Flex Adapter (UFA) and the stability of a leg shroud.
I was searching for a duty holster that could transition seamlessly between belt carry and a more stable, leg-mounted platform. The need arose from increasingly diverse operational requirements, from standard patrol to specialized tactical deployments.
Upon unboxing, the first thing I noticed was the robust feel of the Safariseven material. The Safariland Model 7384-sp6 7ts Als Ufa Universal Flex Adapter W/ Paddle & Single Strap Leg Shroud Tactical Holster felt like it could take a beating, yet surprisingly lightweight.
Compared to other tactical holsters I’ve used, like the Blackhawk! Serpa or the G-Code SOC holster, the Safariland stands out with its combination of ALS retention and the adaptable mounting options. While the Serpa offers speed and simplicity, and the G-Code excels in modularity, this Safariland aims to marry both. I chose the Safariland because I wanted a retention system I trust and the option to change the mounting platform quickly.
My initial impression was positive. This holster appears to be a well-thought-out piece of kit designed for serious use.
