I’ve been shooting for over a decade, and finding consistent, reliable ammunition for some of the more niche calibers can be a real challenge. My search for .32 ACP ammo that wouldn’t break the bank, and would consistently cycle in my vintage pistols, led me directly to this Sellier & Bellot offering. It promised performance without the premium price tag.
Upon receiving the Sellier & Bellot 32 Auto/7.65 Browning 73 Grain Full Metal Jacket Brass Cased Pistol Ammunition, I immediately noticed the clean, brass casings and well-formed bullets. The ammunition was neatly packaged in boxes of 50 rounds. There wasn’t anything flashy about it, but it looked and felt like a solid product built for consistent performance.
I considered other brands like Fiocchi and Prvi Partizan, both reputable manufacturers of .32 ACP ammunition. However, the price point, coupled with the positive user feedback specifically mentioning reliability in blowback pistols, swayed me towards Sellier & Bellot. The Sellier & Bellot ammunition felt like the smarter choice, prioritizing function and value.
My first impression was one of cautious optimism. Could ammunition this affordable really deliver the reliability and accuracy I needed? The proof, as always, would be at the range.

First Use Experience
I tested the Sellier & Bellot 32 Auto/7.65 Browning 73 Grain Full Metal Jacket Brass Cased Pistol Ammunition at my local outdoor shooting range. Conditions were typical for a late summer afternoon: warm, slightly humid, and with a light breeze. My primary test firearm was a vintage Beretta Model 1935, a notoriously picky .32 ACP pistol.
The Sellier & Bellot ammunition performed flawlessly. Each round chambered smoothly, fired consistently, and ejected cleanly. There were no failures to feed, fire, or eject, even after firing several boxes in rapid succession.

After several months of regular range use, the Sellier & Bellot 32 Auto/7.65 Browning 73 Grain Full Metal Jacket Brass Cased Pistol Ammunition continues to impress. The ammunition has proven to be remarkably reliable in various .32 ACP pistols, including older European models that can be finicky with modern ammunition. The brass casings show no signs of unusual wear or corrosion. Cleaning is straightforward, with minimal residue left in the firearm’s action after extended shooting sessions. The Sellier & Bellot outperforms some of the more expensive .32 ACP brands I’ve tried, especially in terms of consistent cycling and overall reliability.
