Let’s Talk About Fusion Silicon Face Cover f/MS-RA770 Apollo Series
The Fusion Silicon Face Cover f/MS-RA770 Apollo Series is a purpose-built accessory designed to protect your Fusion MS-RA770 Apollo Series marine stereo from the elements. This unassuming piece of silicon could be the difference between enjoying your tunes on the water for years to come, or facing premature equipment failure. I’ve seen too many expensive electronics succumb to the harsh marine environment to underestimate the importance of simple preventative measures.
What led me to this product? A recent fishing trip where saltwater spray relentlessly bombarded my boat’s console made me realize I needed better protection for my stereo. While my Fusion MS-RA770 Apollo Series is a rugged unit, constant exposure to salt and UV rays will eventually take its toll.
Unboxing the Fusion Silicon Face Cover f/MS-RA770 Apollo Series revealed a simple, yet seemingly durable piece of black silicon. It felt solid and well-molded, with a smooth, slightly tacky texture that suggests a secure fit. The build quality appears excellent, with no visible imperfections or thin spots.
I considered generic waterproof covers, but they often lack a snug fit and can be cumbersome to use. Opting for the Fusion cover ensured a perfect fit and seamless integration with my existing system. My first impression was positive; I was eager to see how well it would perform on the water.
Real-World Testing: Putting Fusion Silicon Face Cover f/MS-RA770 Apollo Series to the Test

The Fusion Silicon Face Cover f/MS-RA770 Apollo Series performed admirably, deflecting saltwater spray and protecting the stereo from direct exposure to the elements. After several months of use, the Fusion Silicon Face Cover f/MS-RA770 Apollo Series has held up remarkably well. There are no signs of cracking, fading, or deformation, even after prolonged exposure to sun and saltwater. Cleaning the cover is simple; a quick rinse with fresh water removes any salt residue.
Compared to my previous setup (which involved carefully wiping down the stereo after each trip), the Fusion Silicon Face Cover f/MS-RA770 Apollo Series has significantly reduced the amount of maintenance required. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of durability and convenience, providing reliable protection for my Fusion MS-RA770 Apollo Series stereo.
