20GT75 53% Off represents a significant value for shotgun enthusiasts and hunters alike. Manufactured by Fiocchi, this ammunition is specifically designed for high-volume shooters, providing reliable performance at an affordable price point.
As a seasoned outdoor and tactical gear specialist, I constantly seek cost-effective solutions without sacrificing quality. The rising cost of ammunition has become a pain point, particularly for those who enjoy regular target practice or hunting. The Fiocchi Dove/Quail loads promised a balance of affordability and performance, piquing my interest.
My initial encounter with the Fiocchi Dove/Quail 20 Gauge was positive. The packaging was standard, but the shells themselves appeared well-made, with a noticeable brass base—a feature often lacking in promotional-grade ammunition. The shells felt substantial, and the crimps were consistent, giving me confidence in their reliability.
Compared to other budget-friendly options like Winchester Super-X or Remington Gun Club, the Fiocchi stood out due to its brass base and reported clean-burning powder. While the others are reliable, the brass base on the Fiocchi offered a potential advantage in reloadability and smoother extraction. It was a deciding factor in my choice.
Excited but cautiously optimistic, I eagerly anticipated putting the Fiocchi Dove/Quail through its paces at the range and in the field. The promise of reliable feeding, clean burning, and consistent patterns would be put to the ultimate test.

First Use Experience
My first test of the Fiocchi Dove/Quail took place at my local sporting clays range. The weather was mild and dry, ideal conditions for a fair assessment. I loaded up my Beretta Silver Pigeon and stepped up to the first station.
The shells cycled smoothly, and the recoil was manageable—comparable to other 20-gauge loads I’ve used. The report was consistent, and I observed no noticeable excessive smoke or unburnt powder. My initial impression was quite favorable.
Extended Use & Reliability
After several weeks of use, encompassing multiple range sessions and a dove hunt, the Fiocchi Dove/Quail continued to impress. I fired over 200 rounds through various 20-gauge shotguns, including an older Remington 870 and a Benelli Montefeltro, without a single malfunction. The extraction was clean, and the hulls showed no signs of deformation or excessive wear.
The shells held up well, even after being stored in my hunting vest for several days. I observed no significant changes in performance, even after exposure to fluctuating temperatures. The consistency and reliability were particularly noteworthy.

Performance & Functionality
The Fiocchi Dove/Quail excels in its intended role as a reliable and consistent load for upland game hunting and target shooting. The patterns were consistently tight and even at typical dove hunting ranges (20-30 yards), resulting in clean kills. At the range, the shells delivered consistent results, allowing me to maintain accuracy and improve my shooting skills.
The Fiocchi reliably cycles in a variety of shotguns, providing consistent and clean extraction. While marketed as “promotional grade”, the Fiocchi Dove/Quail performs on par with higher-priced target loads. The reduction in price does not reflect a reduction in quality.
Design & Ergonomics
The Fiocchi Dove/Quail is a standard 20-gauge shotgun shell, with no particular design flourishes or ergonomic features. The plastic hull is robust and provides good weather resistance. The brass base ensures smooth extraction and contributes to the overall quality of the shell.
There is no learning curve. Load and shoot.
Durability & Maintenance
Given its intended use, the Fiocchi Dove/Quail is designed to be durable and reliable during its single use. The plastic hull is resistant to moisture and minor impacts, while the brass base prevents corrosion.
Maintenance is non-existent. Once fired, the empty hulls can be disposed of or reloaded, depending on individual preference and local regulations.
Accessories and Customization Options
The Fiocchi Dove/Quail is ammunition, so there are no accessories included or customization options directly applicable to the product itself. However, the performance of the ammunition can be optimized by selecting the appropriate choke for your shotgun.
The Fiocchi Dove/Quail is compatible with any standard 20-gauge shotgun designed to shoot 2 3/4-inch shells. The use of different chokes can alter the shot pattern, allowing shooters to tailor their performance to specific hunting or target shooting scenarios.
