WTB: AR-15 PRE BAN Stripped lower receivers

Hello, I am looking to purchase 2 AR-15 PRE BAN stripped lower receivers

I will be using RRA (Rock River) uppers on them either Elite LE Tactical Car A2's.

Just be sure you call the manufacturer and verify that they left the factory as completely assembled rifles prior to the ban.

Of course, they could have been sold as a stripped or completed lower only, and later assembled into a completed rifle by a 3rd party prior to the ban, but that's a little harder to prove. If that's the allegation, I'd at least want factory confirmation the lower (stripped or assembled) was shipped prior to 9-94, and a notorized letter from the seller attesting to the fact it was indeed assembled as a complete rifle prior to that date.
