a friend has a Model 48 he would like to sell and has ask me to find a value for him.
Can anyone please give me some assistance.

your friends md 48 should bring 250-350 depending on how nice it is ,,made from 1949-1959 when the model 11-48 replaced it,,if it has a vented rib barrel add 50-75 bucks to the prices ,,these prices are for original guns not altered or refinished..and in working order..

mabey a little more ..like 50-100 ontop of the prices quoted for a standard model ,,
