hello,, your md 70 was made in 1959 and these are bringing 1000+ these days if in original condition and with original finish on wood and metal,,to a collector it may even bring more at a good online auction site like gunbrokers.com..the shop where i used to work sold a pretty nice one made in 1958 about 8 months ago for around 1200 at the site i mentioned,,
