Winchester Model 70, .220 Swift, Ser No indicates it was manufactured in 1938. Rifle is in very good condition and is the most accurate I have ever fired.

Any idea what the value is of this rifle?

Thanks for any help.

It is impossible to estimate the value without seeing some good pictures of rifle. Is it a standard rifle, Super Grade, or Target? Bif difference in value between the various models. Has the buttstock been cut and had a recoil pad added? Has the rear bridge been drilled and tapped for a scope base? All these things have a very big impact on value.
A nice unmolested 220 Swift standard rifle in 95% or better condition will bring between $1500 and $2500, again depending on condition.
Then again if it has been heavily modified, it might only be a $700 shooter.
