What is value of a Winchester Model 61 22 pump rifle(22 sl OR LR), with serial no. 14165, 11 grooves on slide? Barrel and other metal is pitted; wood is in very good condition. Gun is operable.

It doesn't look like you got a reply. But then there isn't a question either. I'll add this.

Your rifle dates to 1936. The fact that you describe the metal as being pitted yet the wood is excellent tells me that the wood has been refinished. Typically wood and metal condition go hand in hand on a rifle. If they do not something is amiss. The poor condition and the non original state makes the rifle of very low value to collectors. Probably less than $200.
