Winchester Model 1906 22 cal. pump action rifle 5. Winchester Model 61 22 cal. pump action rifle 7. Winchester Model 70 30.06 cal. bolt action rifle 8. Remmington "Sportsman 48" Automatic 12 ga. shotgun with polychoke 9. L.C. Smith 12 Ga. side-by-side double barrel Shotgun - Damascus Twist Barrel, and 10. French 8mm label military rifle from WWI era. All are in museum quality condition. Any help you can give would be great - thanks in advance
It would be much easier for us if you posted each of your guns separately, to include the complete serial number on each, and if possible at least two pictures of each.
I can help you with the Winchesters
Thanks much for your reply. I don't have the guns at home, so I can get the serial number and some photos tomorrow. What is the best way of taking photos of the guns? Laying flat, close ups of certain areas??? Also, how does one attach photos to this discussion forum? Thanks again for your kind response. Barb
Laying flat on a light blue or green cloth, in indirect sunlight (outdoors). Focus in on both sides of the receiver frame, and on the stamped markings on the barrel and receiver. If there are any noticable defects, please show them as well.
