Winchester model 1200 problem

I bought this Win. Model 1200 shotgun 12 Gage. it feeds 2 shells at a time. when you push in the release button it loads and ejects 4 shells just fine,but when normaly cocking to shot, the shells don't catch and 2 come in at once, and when you dig those out 2 more come in. Is this a commen problem in a old gun, and is it expensive to fix?

It is not uncommon, try to check if it clean and there is no dirt stuck in the barrel and if doesn't work then take it to a store they can usually fix it and it shouldn't be expensive
