I'm looking for a current value on a Winchester Model 12 in 28 gauge with factory vent rib and factory cutts compensator. 90% This gun is 100% original.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hello,,my refrence books say the 28 ga is very desirable ,,the vent rib is also desirable,,but the cutts compensator drops the value 50%,,next thing to concider is what grade is it ,,a standard grade 28 gauge VR barrel would be 3000-3500,,but when you factory in the cutts compensator deduction that would be half the value as it would be without it,,don't know why the cutts drops the value but i checked 2 books and both say the same about it ,,at auction some collectors may still pay the preimium prices for an example with it but i can only speculate that..
