winchester 9430/30 manufacture in 1894 serial 123 its been reblued an varnashed does it have value or how much did it lose

Darn little and almost all.

As far as collectors are concerned. If the rifle is not in original condition it has lost almost all of its value. Maybe somebody will buy it but you will not get a premium for being a first year and unique serial number rifle. Depending on how it started that was a $1000 to $5000 mistake.
