winchester 92 .38-40 value?

I'm trying to find the value of a Winchester model 1892 .38-40, 20" round barrel, S/N 956XXX. Can you help?

your 92 was made in 1926 and there were 2 different grades ,,the standard "sporting rifle"with straight gripped stock and the "fancy sporting rifle" with delux checkered pistol grip stock,,,,the standard sporting rifle is worth between 1200 good -5000 in excellent condition,,the fancy model will bring possibly double these prices at auction or to a collector,,
