Mr Blank,

I am drawing a blank since I have no idea what the condition of the rifle is. Please read the following and get back to us and we will be glad to help. The value is determined by the condition of the rifle far more than the specific year it was manufactured.

The following is a guide originally posted by Bert H. which should be of help.
NRA Modern Grading Standards & Descriptions

New/Perfect – 100% with or without box. (i.e., no excuses). 100% on currently manufactured firearms assumes NIB condition and not sold previously at retail.

Excellent – 95%+ - 99% (typically), new condition, used but little, no noticeable marring of wood or metal, bluing near perfect (except at the muzzle or sharp edges).

Very Good – 80% - 95% (should be all original), in perfect working order condition, no appreciable wear on working surfaces, no corrosion or pitting, only minor surface dents or scratches.

Good – 60% - 80% (again, should be all original), in safe working condition, minor wear on working surfaces, no broken parts, no corrosion or pitting that will interfere with proper functioning.

Fair – 20% - 60% (may or may not be original, but must function properly and shoot), in safe working condition, but well worn, perhaps requiring replacement of minor parts or adjustments which would be indicated in advertisement, no rust, but may have corrosion pits which do not render it unsafe or inoperable.

Poor – under 20% (shooting not a factor).

Thanks

Mr Blank,

If the rifle is in 90% condition then the value will be $700 to $800 range.

Hope that works

Hello,

It is indeed a pre-64... 1959 to be exact.
