I have a 32 caliber winchester WS serial number 929372. It has a peep site behind the trigger and cartridge magazine tube unscrews and the gun can be broken down from there. Can anyone tell me the date of manufacture and value.

Thanks,
Dave..

Dave,

Try this link, it should give you what you want when you provide serial number info. (hint 1923)

For value.... that's a little more difficult, depends on several things, read some of the posts submitted, they will give you a good ideal where to start.

Ron dug up your old post which apparently never got a reply. It came in before I was here.

Your rifle is a takedown configuration. The sporting rifle version of the 1894 was discontinued in 1924 so it is a late rifle. Condition rules the value game so I would need to know much more about your gun before I could tell you what it is worth. Please read the following and get back to me.
