your winchester was made in 1910 and i'd estimate the value from your description as being between 600-1000+ depending on the condition a collector sees it in.. If it's a fancy sporting rifle with checkered stocks and a pistol grip buttstock it could very easily be double these prices..to a collector or at a good acution with proper advertizing,,these older post war winchester rifles are in demand and some examples may bring 1000's of dollars depending how correct it is ..meaning if the finishes on wood and metal are original and there haven't been any extra holes drilled into it anywhere like for a scope or sling swivels,,some of the fancy rifles had peep sites from the factory for an additional fee..
,,,you may have a very collectable example and it may be worth while contacting the coty museaum for a letter on the history of the rifle ..they charge a fee for the service but the letter only increases the value to a collector because it's like the invoice sheet on a new car,,it should tell how it came from the factory and possibly even who sold it or bought it when new ,,,,
