hello,,blue sky was the import stamp that was marked on guns returned from china in the late 80's-early 90's,,when they came in country they were priced around 100 buck and i remember seeing crates of them at gunshows all the time,, ,,although there an original m1 carbine that was sent to china the import stamp doesn't help the value,,things you have to check is how correct it is,,an inland gun should have inland parts inside ,,the trigger housing should be marked inland ,,the other small parts will have a letter codes for inland parts ..you need a good book to actually identify what parts you have and there are many available ,,i like the book by joe poyer published by north cape publications ,,it covers all makes of carbines and details part types and parts codes for all the manufactures that made them during ww2..costs around 15-20 bucks but it will tell you more info than you proably want to know,,easy to follow also with plenty of drawings and pics,,should be able to find it at one of the online booksellers and mabey even find a used copy cheaper,,pick up a copy if you can.. but anyway your blue sky import carbine should be worth in the 500-600 range depending how correct it is ,,just about all carbines went thru a rebuild prosess at some time in it's lifetime and i'm sure yours will be a mix of different parts from different manufactures,,but still has collectors value but not quite as much as a non import stamped rifle,,
