i'm not sure what your talking about with the police officer ring on the bottom ,,if ya can post a pic why not sign in and post a pic for us to see and mabey we can better judge what ya have ..the pp's were made over a long time span and just by your breif description i can't even begin to know exactly what ya have ,,sorry
