What is the value of a Winchester Model 1200 Hammerless Repeating 20 gauge shotgun 28" barrell modified choke

,,hello,,the winchester model 1200 was a good pump gun and there are many still in use in the feild today ,,value used for one would range from 150 good to around 225 vg or better,,mabey a little more if really clean or with interchangable chokes ,,

It has never been fired and my father still has the box it came in. Does that make it more valuable?
I think he got it somewhere between 1970 and 1980
