hello,,the egyptian md 49 semi auto rifles should sell in the 500-700 range these days depending on the condition and if complete and working properly ,,all matching examples or guns without import stamps may go a bit higher at a good online auction or military gun sites with for sale catagories ..
the fn 49 battle rifle was an excellent weapon in it's day and many have been imported into this country in the past 20 years so collectors look for correct and original examples and will pay for them accordingly,,the egyptian model is the most common out there and doesn't demand the prices the original belgium models do but are still good shooters,,,at one time the 8mm ammo was so cheap you could shoot 1000 rds for under a hundred bucks but those days have gone by the way side!! but the semi auto rifles seem to be good movers at gun shows or online auctions
