If you have one in stock, open it up compleatly and trace it on a refrig. box then cut out your own box. (back of any store that sell lg apps has cardboard ie best buy) They are ez to make if you have a patttern. > ...

Go to the yellow pages or Internet and look up cardboard supply business. Find one that deals in used cardboard. I have one here in the Pacific Northwest. He sold me a bunch of boxes that were made to ship canoe paddles.

Mike, I've been using the plastic hard sided gun and bow cases filled with eggcrate foam that are sold by the Mart Brothers and seen used at gun shows. Cost anywhere from $5.00 to $10.00 in not-very-used condition, recipient gets a reuseable gun case with his long gun. Use strapping tape to keep everything together.
