hello your pistol is proably a 1st model hand ejector military and police,,or more commonly refered to as the model 1899 ... in your caliber 5311 were sold between 1899-1902 and serial number range would be 1-5311,,the army model was chambered for the 38s&w cartridge but the civilian model was chambered for the 32-20 cartridge so i'd say you have a civilian model ,,the army model will be marked US ARMY/MODEL OF 1899 on the butt and K.S.M. and J,T.T will be on the grips.,,serial number range for the army model is 13001-14000,,for the civilian model chambered for 32-20 value would be between 500 good to700 exc,,
