I would appreciate if anyone can give me the approximate value of a Rem. model 24, (22 cal. auto. loader, Browning designed.) I believe they produced several grades. I don't know the grade of this one but it has a nickle plated action. The ones that I have seen on-line have a blued reciever. The gun is in fair to good condition.

hi srtchief,
these are the grades,

24A Standard
24C Special
24D Peerless
24E Expert
24F Premier

the model 24 was only produced for 13 years, 1922-1935, with a total of 130,000 made. i've not been able to find any 24's although i did come across a couple of 241's that replaced it in 1935, which were in the 600 - 800 range, your best bet would be to have an insurance appraisel done due to the rarity of your rifle. If you didn't sell this rifle yet I would be interested depending on condition.
