I have a 16ga. Iver Johnson given to me by my dad. It is clean and works fine. It is 28" with pistol grip and lever on top. The only numbers I can find are 71719 behind the trigger.
Anyone have any idea how much it may be worth?
Thanks for any info.

an iver johnson single shot 16 ga would value around 100-125 if pretty clean and original ,,you say it has a pistol grip stock meaning -it's a full stock with a pistol grip or someone has cut it down to a pistol grip??? if it was cut down value would be lower,,the old single shot shotguns were made by many different manufacutures around the turn of the century and most will average around the prices quoted,,these old singles are very common to be found with cracked stocks and usually can be had for 50-100 range in this condition..
most gunshops only offer around 35-50 for singles in good condition..

It has all original parts from what I can tell. The stock is the regular stock with pistol grip. It is in good condition, no cracks or rust.
Not really interested in selling because my dad had it for 20-something years, just curious. Thanks for the info.
