hello your remington md 81 was made from 1936-1950 and value in excellent condition is 600 for a standard grade model in 35 remington caliber ,,prices would be for original rifles with original finishes and no alterations from the way it left the factory,,there were 4 different grades available ,an 81 standard ,an 81A a 81D and an 81F,,and the A has a checkered stock ,,the D is lightly engraved and the F is heavily engraved,,
