I have a Colt single action army ,in 32/20 .It's a 1st generation pistol,1899 ,serial #189xxx. I would like to know the value of this gun. It is like brand new ,with box.

it sounds like a very valuable 1st gen colt especially with the serial number range and the original box!,,i'd say you should have it appraised by a antique arms dealer for insurance purposes ,,because book prices say as high as 10,000+ and possibly even higher at a good gun auction at one of the high end auction houses..but definatly needs a hands on apprasial for an actual correct value..
