trying to find some info on a pistol that was handed down to my wife. It is a Charter Arms 38 Special Undercover.5 shot, blued with wood grips. The serial number is 163### so a pretty low number.Looks like it has only been shot a few times at most. Just sat in drawer for the last 30 years since he died. Is the gun a decent, safe gun? Does it have any value?
