I have a 1909 Argentina .30-06 Mauser in very good condition and it was made in Berlin. If you could give me any info on it it would be very much appreciated.

has your rifle every been sporterized? the reason i ask is i've seen the original rifles rechambered for 30-06,,thats one thought,,the other is it may be a famage 30-06 conversion,,these were done in the 50's and it should be marked Famage and a date usually on the right side of the receiver if this is what you have ,,it should also be stamped .30 on the rear bridge of the receiver and should have a U type notch cut on top of the front receiver ring to allow the longer 30-06 shells,,there were 30 caliber south american mausers but to my knowledge argintina never used them,, i beleive columbia had the FN30 so mabey your is a columbian,or a famage ,,or just a sporterized model..
