That is a 1884 patent date renewed in 1900 & 1905. Serial #445xxx.

I am not sure if I missed the original question for this but I do not know what sort of weapon your are refering to.

original pat date is 1884 last date on barrel is 1904 it is a colt rev in 22 cal wrf
