I recently traded into a S&W 629, approximately 28 years old. Less than 30 rounds through the gun. Everything is as new. Antyone have an idea as of the value?

the 629 smiths are very good pistols but haven't seemed to be as pricy as a 44 from colt,,i guess it's like the chevy and ford argument ,,anyway.. in excellent condition it books for 450 and new in the box is 600,,but i beleive these prices are low and would proably say 700 is more like the actual value for a pistol as you described,,but dealers will look at the books and offer "mabey" 50% of book value if they really want it..
