book price for your smith is in the 300-500 range and i'd say a trade in price will be in the 200-350 range ,,mabey a little more with the box and paperwork,,but a dealer is in the bussieness to make money so expect them to insult you and try to get it as cheap as he thinks he can,,very nice weapon i had one of the blued model 5904's and i beleive i got 275.00 cash outa it a few years back.
