it is a swing cylinder. The best i can find out it is an early hand ejector with no model number. working on posting a picture. the frame is narrower than the grip at the top of the grip. havent seen another exactly like this.

it could possibly be a model 22/32 target they were introduced in 1911 and were made untill 1953,, are the rims countersunk for the cases on the cylinder?after 1935 they were ,,i'm guessing here but trying to find something chambered for 22 lr ,,the ladysmith was also chambered for 22 but the time line and serial number range is wrong for your pistol,,smith and wesson does a factory letter for a fee and unles you buy a book on smith +wessons that would be the only other way to refrence the serial numbers ,,one book i don't have and i've got a pile of refrence books amd with the date on yours those are the only 2 that were chambered for 22 cartridges,,the 22/32 was first built around the 32 frame and sounds like the most logical choice,,if this is your prices range between250 good -600 exc ,,for the standard model ,,they did make a 1st model but your serial number is too far off to be it..do a search on the 22-32 smith and wesson and see if it looks simular to yours
hope that helps.
