Trying to find a year and value on this shotgun. All I can find anywhere on it is on the bottom of the triger housing. Looks like the #'s 140 that are in a circle. also on the bottom of the stock are stamped the letters... A E C L ? mean anything to you?

It actually says 311 on one side and 311a on the other.
