I just purchased a 03 high number in 35 whelen. I was wondering if anybody knew what safe loading limits were for this 90 year old. Most of the load data I have found is for guns with commercial actions and mauser variants. any direction would be helpful. If I were to stay under the sami spec of 52000 would it be safe? I will ofcourse let a gunsmith headspace it and all of that before i fire some off the shelf remmington ammo.
