Hello All,
Im new here and I have a question regarding the laws in Colorado about short barreled rifles. I have a glock model 32 (.357 Sig) and there is a kit from this website: http://www.zahal.org/rifle/p44.html. It has a stock that attaches to the slug plug of the glock and it also comes with a sling and a foregrip for the universal rail on the gun. I was wondering if there were any steps/permits I would have to get to be able legally own this addition to my glock.

Attaching a shoulder stock to anything with a barrel shorter than 16 inches counts as manufacture of a short barreled rifle.

Assuming short barreled rifles are legal in your municipality (they are in many) I believe you would need to file a ATF Form 1 (and get it signed and everything) and pay a $200 tax.

You can do your own research, but I would suggest that you file the form and everything before you ordered the stock. From what I understand you do not want to have the stock and the pistol to attach it to laying around until then.
