Couldn't we just find a way to fire all of them and start over??

Has anyone read through the Text of H.R. 45: Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009..??

I just wanted to be sure we all have had a chance to look at this!...

I believe it surely would affect ALL of us!!
